It will enable you to effectively prepare your workplace for Food Safety Audits and also provide you with the skills and competencies to carry out internal audits. All food business’s are liable by law to comply with the requests of auditors and this course will provide you with the skills and competencies to put in place procedures and corrective actions to ensure you remain compliant and continue to create produce which is considered and is safe to eat.
