Description:Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. This class puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
Course Content: Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise mat, various controlled breathing body weight resisted movements.
