Course: Pilates

Level: Beginner

Description: Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body. This class puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.

Course Content: Mat Pilates is done on the floor using an exercise mat, various controlled breathing body weight resisted movements. Exercises adapted to ability.

Classes will take place in The Rehearsal Hub, Westgate Business Park, Dungarvan.
