Course: Meditation & Mindfulness
Description: On this course you will be introduced to the Theory of Mindfulness & Mediation. The greater part of the class will be taken up by supported practice under the care of an experienced practitioner.
Course Content: Meditation Techniques, Breath Work, Relaxation Practices, Guided Relaxation, Mindfulness Exercises & supported Mindfulness time.
