  • Kettle Bells strengthen the entire body but particularly lower back, glutes (buttocks) and hamstrings (back of thighs)
  • Significantly aids the body in meeting the physical demands of daily living
  • Improves ability in any sport that involves Kicking, Striking, Punching, Blocking, Throwing, Catching
  • Develops “toned” look
  • Provides the user with their own hand-held gym
    All classes run from:
    September to Christmas, Christmas to Easter and Easter to the end of July.

Olly offers the option of training groups of 2-4 people or one to one sessions, In the privacy of his gym in the Ardcavan Business Park. Monday to Friday 8am-9pm. For further details please contact Olly.
