BSc in Information Technology is a 3 year part time course in Waterford Institute Technology

 

The course specialises in providing students with a thorough knowledge of all aspects of the IT industry including information systems design and development, software development, distributed systems architecture and systems integration. The course has a high practical content and the main computer language used for development on the course is Java.


Delivery

Year 1 Monday & Wednesday 7-10pm and Saturday 9.30am-12.30pm
Year 2 Tuesday & Thursday 7-10pm and Saturday 9.30am-12.30pm
Year 3 Monday & Thursday 7-10pm and Saturday 9.30am-12.30pm

Qualification BSc in Information Technology (180 credits, Level 7)

Cost €185 per 5 credit module; €2,220 per annum

Cost, if eligible for bursary scheme €140 per 5 credit module, €1,680 per annum
