Horticulture QQI Level 4 – BTEI
The aim of this award is to provide the learner to work as a general operative in horticulture using the knowledge, skill and competence to select, establish, grow and maintain a range of plants. It also provides excellent foundation for progression to further education/training and employment in this sector.
Eligibility: This course is run under the BTEI scheme. Free tuition is available for those who are in receipt of social welfare, have a medical card or have less than leaving certificate education.
Entry Requirements: There are no specific entry requirements for this course but it would be advisable to discuss your options with the Adult Guidance Service before embarking on this or any course.
