Connect Programme Local Training Initiative
The Connect Programme is a full time 48 week course offering a choice of two QQI level 5 major awards in Contact Centre Operations and Office Administration and is run by Waterford Wexford Education & Training Board.
The Connect Programme is a 100% Waterford Wexford Education & Training Board funded training programme aimed at providing training to those in receipt of various department of social protection allowances including: Disability Allowance, Illness Pension, Invalidity Pension, Illness Benefit, Job Seekers Allowance, Job Seekers Benefit and Lone Parent allowance.
The Connect Programme will be offering a choice of two QQI Level 5 major awards in Contact Centre Operations and Office Administration. Each major award consists of 8 QQI accredited modules. We also provide students with non-accredited modules such as Interview and CV Preparation Skills.
Limited places are available on this course. Students must be in receipt of one of the payments listed above, be 18 years of age or over and have computer literacy.
This full time programme commences annually and runs for for 48 weeks.
