The primary aim of this part-time Culinary Arts Degree is to develop higher technical and artistic knowledge amongst qualified chefs who are working in the industry.


Delivery This course is delivered over  two academic years. Classes take place on one day per weekend consist of both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.


Cost Tuition fees are paid by Fáilte Ireland. Students are required to pay an annual administration fee of €1000 and are required to supply their own uniforms – costing circa €200.
